Join us and John Breslin SC and Paul O’Grady BL for an overview of the key components of the legislation that financial services professionals need to be aware of such as the Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR), which requires in-scope firms to set out clearly and fully where responsibility and decision-making lie within the firm’s senior management. The session will also explore the three new tiers of Conduct Standards as well as the enhancements to the current Fitness and Probity regime.
