This is the seventh ANREV Korea conference and as in previous years the event will gather representatives from the Korean institutional investor universe as well as other prominent players from the global non-listed real estate industry.
The current global real estate cycle counts among the longest in recent history and there is a sense of caution among investors and lenders, linked to concerns about elevated real estate pricing in global real estate markets, a perceived lack of available stock and heightened geopolitical tensions between the US and China. In this uncertain market environment the conference will convene global opinion leaders under the theme " Future strategies for global real estate investment" to provide a new global outlook to Korean institutional investors.
