Details
Our agenda will focus on the legal, legislative and regulatory issues affecting property casualty insurance companies, particularly those doing business in California, Nevada, and Washington state. Among the topics we will cover are: bad faith, California wildfire and FAIR Plan issues, California’s Consumer Privacy Act, class action lawsuits, cybersecurity, insurtech, insurance business transfers, and nuclear verdicts.
All attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative COVID test. As health requirements are rapidly changing, we continue to monitor the guidelines provided by federal, state, and local agencies and will adjust our plans accordingly.
