PROPOSED dates for Papua New Guinea’s biggest and most historical event, the 2018 Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit has been set.
The powerful meeting of global leaders will take place from November 12- 18, 2018.
With the dates set, it is estimated that about 2000 international accredited journalists will be in Port Moresby for this major event.
The proposed APEC Leaders’ week dates include:
The main APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting (AELM) for November 18;
The concluding senior officials’ meeting (CSOM)12-13;
Annual ministerial meeting (AMM) 15-16; and
CEO Summit 15-17 and Business Advisory Council 17.
