The Association for Title Information Management (ATIM) is a non-profit association organized in 1985 to present an annual symposium to discuss land title databases and the role they play in the real estate transaction process and the title insurance industry in particular. For over 30 years we’ve been pioneering the collaboration surrounding the technology, process, data, and changes to the real estate transaction process and title industry.

Who Should Attend?
ATIM typically attracts a diverse group of attendees – from title company owners, managers and users, software application developers, title plant and other land record data providers, outsourcing vendors, vendor managers, underwriters, consultants, the lending community, technologists, county clerks and recorders and others interested in land title records and the future of real estate data.

What Is Commonly Discussed?
A typical conference covers six to eight issues currently confronting the land record /title insurance industries. Discussions are facilitated by industry experts covering such topics as outsourcing (both offshore and domestic), title plant operations, open records issues, local and federal government interaction, as well as general industry trends and projections.
