We are disappointed to announce to the insurance community that this year’s Atlantic Insurance Brokers Convention has been cancelled.

This decision was not made lightly. Early last year the decision was made to push the 2020 convention forward by one year, and to keep it in Nova Scotia rather than follow its normal rotation among the other provinces in the region. The Atlantic Convention Steering Committee was then tasked with weighing the options for hosting this event either virtually or as a hybrid event with limited on site attendance.

Based on the many logistical challenges resulting from the pandemic that could impact the success of this event for sponsors, vendors and delegates it was recommended that the convention be cancelled for this year.

We would like to thank everyone who has continued to support this event and hope to share details about our 2022 Convention later this fall.
