This program is an overview tax program and is appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys. There is no advanced preparation or other prerequisites required. There is no charge for attending the program, and CLE credit is currently pending approval. Additionally, we will apply to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy for CPE credit for this session. We are registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPE sponsor. This registration does not constitute an endorsement by the Board as to the quality of our CPE programs.
