Savings transformation, and more generally guiding customers to optimally manage their Investments is a key task for Private Banks and Wealth Managers. With the rise of digital and new customer habits, Private Banks have been investing a lot in technology, digital tools, the reengineering of their service models to answer those new needs – but to our knowledge, are still struggling to find the winning approach.
Although it is now widely admitted that both human and digital capabilities should be jointly leveraged, defining the right model is always a difficult task. In the first part of this webinar, we will investigate how hybrid advice can bring value to customers whilst maintaining costs acceptable and extracting the full value potential.
Investments also face sustainability as another mega-trend reshaping the industry. How can we build profitable and successful funds despite the additional research costs? Are customers willing to pay for sustainability? While this question cannot be answered simply by yes or no, our research shows there can be a case for sustainability priced at a premium, and still collecting important assets through careful design.
In the second part of this webinar, we will walk you through the case of a successful fund we recently supported to answer those questions.
