The subject of crypto assets is attracting a great deal of attention due to the Bitcoin hype, Libra and blockchain as a future technology. The European Commission recently submitted two regulatory proposals for the market for crypto assets and a trading infrastructure based on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
