The Beijing Global Investment Forum will bring together investment decision makers from the most influential Chinese insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, banks, and pension funds to discuss both the challenges and opportunities Chinese investors face in the current investment environment.

In less than a generation China has transformed from a low income to middle income society. In order for China to successfully transition to a high income society, productivity

growth must increase. China’s polices need to foster productivity by promoting entrepreneurship through stronger competition laws, protections for intellectual property, and by providing budding companies with access to finance. Increased entrepreneurship, sound policies, and macroeconomic stability, will make China’s transformation achievable.
