BrokerFest makes its long-awaited return in October and will be the first in-person event aimed at brokers from Insurance Times in 18 months. We’re expecting to attract an in-person broker audience of 250-300.
Building on the successful launch of the MGA Five Star service ratings last year, we are adding new elements highlighting the specialist insurance offerings from MGAs with a dedicated MGA exhibition room and a tailored MGA stream.
This year’s agenda will again partly be driven by market feedback from the unique Five Star ratings broker research from Insurance Times, covering service performance in Personal lines, Commercial lines, eTrading and now MGAs. There will also be plenary sessions on eTrading service issues, the consolidation of broker networks and the impact of the FCAs latest proposals. The four streams will concentrate on: Cyber, Motor, High Net Worth and, for the first time, MGAs.
