Building Upgrade Finance (BUF) helps building
owners access loans to improve the energy, water
and environmental efficiency of existing commercial
buildings.
The BUF mechanism overcomes market barriers that
often impede commercial building upgrades from
going ahead.
The State Government is looking to introduce BUF in
WA, so this information seminar will explore how the
mechanism works, who it works for and how it can be
applied in the Perth context.
