The Business Management Group focuses on non-portfolio management issues confronting the COO and other leaders within money management firms, such as how to successfully launch and operate a business. These issues include, business planning, capital raising, enterprise technology, compliance, market trends, cybersecurity, human resources, selection of; fund administrators, accountants, lawyers and prime and executing brokers, etc. The BMG’s goal is to understand the business and other risks associated with running a money management, while serving as a bridge between the buy and sell sides.
