This is the largest specialized exhibition in Japan in the cafe business. This exhibition aims to promote cafe culture and enhance people‘s quality of life through delicious food and beverages. It collaborates with related organizations in the coffee, tea, bakery, and sweets industries, expanding the scale of the exhibition every year.
Objectives are:
• To create spaces where people gather, making cafes more accessible and inviting.
• To improve people's daily satisfaction through delicious and healthy cafe menus.
• To support new entrants in establishing cafes in various locations.
