• Will host the announcement of the Water and Adaptation Presidency initiative in a special session.
• Will host a special preparation session for the Water Day under the COP27 presidency agenda.

Accordingly, the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI) organized a high-level event during CWW 2021, which witnessed broad participation from governments, international organizations, and water seniors. Consequently, MWRI is planning to organize the second main high-level event during CWW 2022. These two high-level events aim to develop the contribution of water scare countries’ messages to be submitted to the U.N.
