This events brings together the leading minds, experts and practitioners for an annual crisp update on all relevant aspects. It is characterized by three major developments: sustainability, digitization and liberalization.

It makes a contribution by informing and controlling the behavior of capital and financial market participants. Banks, institutional investors and asset managers are directed to disclosure and behavior. Issuers have disclosure obligations in order to be able to assess their business. Capital market law will make a significant contribution. The regulations should not be too confusing and dense, but clear and easy to understand in order not to be sanctioned as "green washing". Digitization is taking hold in the capital market: Capital market investments are predestined for digitization as trustworthy goods that cannot be attacked. Electronic security, transmission via blockchain (DLT) has found its way into these areas. Regulations are now being created at European level for the first time (MiCAR, pilot regime) that offer a new, legally secure basis for many new business models in this area.
