Disruptive technology, turbulent economic and geo-political environment coupled with other emerging corporate leadership dynamics have necessitated the need to attune finance with the overall company strategy to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to both internal and external customers. The modern CFO has no option but to stay informed on the key drivers impacting financial planning and performance management, and how these factors can further influence the alignment between finance and operations.
