The strong economic ties between China and Europe are one of the most prominent and solid pillars of today’s world. Due to the tense relationship between China and the United States, China’s increasing investments in Europe - which are reciprocated by Europe - are attracting the attention of commercial and legal circles of both sides. Understanding is needed from a legal perspective more than ever on China’s economic relationship with Europe; its development, changes, challenges, and trends.
This webinar is intended to focus on China’s investments in Europe, aiming to provide insight to the audience that goes beyond the specific legal issues in any specialised legal areas. We will invite experts from China and Europe to discuss the forementioned topics alongside recent case studies which subject areas range from changes in investment structure, compliance requirements, technology transfer, labour issues and social responsibilities, amongst others.
