The event will provide members with insights and data-driven findings for multinationals’ current roadmap in China and corporate strategies affected by geopolitical and local policies, competition, furthermore, the mitigation actions to the risks and challenges posed by the factors.
InterChina launched the report in November 2023, it focused on the investment environment and corporate best practices by multinationals.
The conclusions were based on data collected by CEO surveys. Key topics include:
• MNC situation assessment. How companies perceive the investment environment, and the balance between opportunity and risk for their business in China
• MNC strategic direction: what is required to succeed in China, scale, deep localisation, playing local ecosystems, balancing opportunities
