The CIH North East conference is the biggest and best housing event in the region and the only event of its kind. It gives you the chance to come together with professionals in your region, explore the challenges you face and join the debate on how we move forward.

Like many areas of the country, the North East is gripped by a housing crisis and in the region it manifests itself in ways which add an additional layer of complexity.

While the lack of affordable housing in some of our big cities remains a major challenge, there are also significant issues with the quality and location of housing across the North East. And there are long-term questions about how we breathe new life into areas of the region with an attractive housing offer.

Who should attend?
The conference is aimed at housing professionals working in the North East of England. Our programme has been designed so that there is something for housing professionals at every level, from directors to people working on the frontline.
