The first part of this session provides practical advice on resolving complex cross border incidents, including managing notifications, enforcement action and claims in multiple jurisdictions.
In the second part, we reflect on recent regulatory and legislative changes that will impact the way cyber incidents and the resulting enforcement actions and data subject “class action” claims will be pursued.
