The Claims Excellence Awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims – from those on the frontline who have direct contact with customers in their hour of need, to the nimble and entrepreneurial who are changing the world around us. Many of the heroes of today, will be the stars of tomorrow.

Whether it be a town that is flooded or a damaged vehicle, claims service is the point at which customers judge the insurance industry. This vitally important part of the sector has been at the forefront of innovation and there is much to celebrate. These Awards shine a light on outstanding achievement and celebrate the best of the best.

The 2018 winners will be revealed at a glittering awards ceremony in central London on the evening of 10 May, bringing together senior decision makers, influencers and the cream of the sector.
