This Summit will focus on minimizing our nation’s vulnerabilities by maximizing the application of modeling, simulation (M&S), generative artificial intelligence (generative AI), and other advanced technologies. Speakers will discuss our nation’s vulnerabilities relative to our infrastructure (like energy, climate, and disaster management) and our people (such as defense, education, and healthcare), and spotlight initiatives that bring technology to bear to address these vulnerabilities and enhance and secure our nation’s resilience. With the input and participation with national experts, the community of practice will discuss ways in which legislation can support the application of these technologies to support our infrastructure and resilience. A report generated from this meeting will be presented to the M&S Congressional Congress with actionable recommendations for legislation in the coming budget cycles.
