"Finanz und Wirtschaft" has the pleasure of inviting you to the second edition of the conference after its successful launch last year. This half-day event reviews the eventful past year from the perspective of Swiss board members.
In the evening, the event turns into a gala dinner with an award ceremony, at which the best board members of the year are chosen - Inrate and FuW have evaluated the corporate governance performance of the supervisory bodies of listed Swiss companies for the twelfth time.
The corporate world is once again in a state of profound change, fueled by the recent geopolitical upheavals, but also by the aftermath of the pandemic. For boards of directors, this has further emphasized the importance of strategic planning and risk scenarios.
As part of the afternoon conference, selected topics will therefore be examined in presentations and panel discussions, including the risk management of the board of directors in times of crisis, new threats for companies, the acceleration of digitization due to the pandemic or the specific challenges facing family businesses.
