This is a "how-to" knowledge-sharing workshop, specifically tailored for experienced CRA officers of intermediate small banks (ISB) and large banks. The format is designed to engage participants in discussion. The objective is to help ISB and large financial institutions advance their CRA and community development programs while attaining optimal community development performance. Workshop materials will go beyond practical application, explore innovative opportunities and best practices, and when applicable, include new CRA revisions.
