As we enter a period of rising Delta variant cases in an environment where PPP funds appear to be fading and deferrals possibly ramping back up, there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding asset quality and borrowers’ ability to rebound to pre-COVID levels. We will focus on credit issues noted by regulators, common issues we are seeing in our loan reviews, and frequently asked questions by credit personnel.
