The theme of National Apprenticeship Week 2020 is 'Look Beyond' - calling on young people to look beyond traditional routes into employment and explore the diversity of career options and industries now available to them through apprenticeships. Watch Phoebe in our video below talk about her experiences since taking on a CSA apprenticeship. The video also shows the CSA’s commitment to young learners and their professional development journeys and we look forward to welcoming them along to this new industry event next year.
To be held at Cloth Hall Court in Leeds, the event will focus on championing people development and promoting collections as a credible career path in Financial Services. As an award-winning provider of professional qualifications and apprenticeships we want to host a new event which will enhance the reputation of the industry by promoting its commitment to well trained and skilled people.
The event will serve a diverse range of job roles across (and outside of) the sector attracting in-house collection teams, Senior Managers and L&D professionals/Training Managers. Attending will assist in helping delegates gain further knowledge and insight on industry-related qualifications, developments and changes.
The programme will offer a host of expert speakers across a number of disciplines to help attendees upskill and develop further in their roles.
