Following the implementation of the much-anticipated CSDR settlement discipline regime across the European Union is a practice to review the road to today’s incarnation, including the advocacy efforts undertaken to get to this point. The panel, will go on to assess the potential behavioural changes to trading, operations and technology platforms, including the challenges associated with accounting, as well as the mitigation of potential exposures.
