At the established annual meeting of the executive community, more than 250 professionals meet to network and share best practices.
This year, the conference will focus on how businesses can implement their strategy in a period characterized by historic geopolitical developments and intense environmental, social and economic pressures.
Social Responsibility is a megatrend of our time, as it incorporates DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) and ESG (Environment, Society, Governance).
It is changing rapidly, and this is because the expectations of stakeholders have changed; employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers and others, expect companies to act beneficially for society and the environment, while at the same time being profitable to be able to innovate and to contribute to the economy.
In practice, this event need to change focus from relieving symptoms to addressing the causes of the problems that exist in society and the environment. The horizons are therefore opening for the new CSR of businesses, which will not serve as a means of charity, but as a driving force for a fairer society with universal goals.
Businesses will present at the conference Corporate Social Responsibility practices, strategies and actions, which answer questions such as:
• How does the CSR strategy align with the company's core business , so that you achieve the double goal of benefiting society and profitability?
• How do you meet your inclusion and equality goals by creating a safe work environment for employees and earning their trust and loyalty?
• What corporate philanthropy initiatives have you implemented with DE&I criteria?
• How do you play an active role in the community through the implementation of voluntary programs involving employee participation?
• What initiatives and synergies does the company take part in that have a positive impact on social or environmental causes ?
• How do you focus on creating and maintaining a supply chain with socially responsible and environmentally sensitive partners?
• In what way does the CSR strategy you follow reflect a purpose - driven business , which provides a solution to a problem or responds to a real need of society?
• What actions have you taken to relieve those affected by the effects of natural disasters or the climate crisis ?
• How do you measure the impact of your CSR initiatives and what are the results?
