Welcome to the annual cross-industry Exchange for CX leaders, the platform, to meet, engage and benchmark the next era of customer excellence.
We are currently living in an important time for CX - a time to assess what stays and what goes after the Great Digital Acceleration of the global pandemic at the same time as we, as well as our customers, adapt to the ongoing cost-of-living crisis. It is a year to rethink and boost the CX functions within our organisations and put our “CXpertise” to some good use – starting here at the CX UK Exchange!
This Exchange will for the first time ever not only give you a chance to assess what you need to bring with you back to your respective companies but will also give you a chance to lend your expertise to non-profit organisations that may not have their own resources to advance their customer experiences.
