The financial sector is an essential part of Denmark's critical infrastructure. The threat from cybercrime to the sector is again assessed as VERY HIGH by CFCS. Cybercrime is becoming increasingly complex and advanced cybercriminal groups are becoming more targeted in their attacks.
Cyber attacks against the financial sector can cause large losses for the individual financial company and, in the worst case, lead to a loss of trust and affect financial stability in Denmark.
Regulation on cyber security is increasing and becoming more complex. DORA and CER are some of the latest examples and more are on the way. Much can be outsourced, but never the responsibility.
At the Cybersecurity in the financial sector conference, keynotes, best practice and expert presentations focus on how to create the best defense against attacks from malicious actors and prepare you for IT inspection visits from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. You can look forward to two educational days with a focus on knowledge sharing, dialogue and networking.
