For many years, cyber security lived a quiet and unnoticed life, but after a new world situation and a series of spectacular attacks, it has finally come on the agenda of top management, the board, the auditor and the authorities.
It is positive in the sense that the subject is finally being taken seriously. But at the same time, it also makes strict demands on you as the CISO/IT security officer to be able to concretize, make visible and document the value of your strategic security efforts.
Of course, at the same time that budgets are being tightened and it can be more than difficult to obtain the absolutely central skills to carry out the tasks at both the overall and more low-practical level.
On this day, you will meet like-minded people from other Danish companies and plenty of time is set aside to discuss how you have each chosen to prioritize your efforts and resources.
We also go behind the buzzwords of the IT security industry and give you insight into how you orchestrate security efforts in order to gather an overview of your security infrastructure. As well as discussing how you balance security against productivity and navigate most appropriately in a time when large parts of the infrastructure and central services are operated outside the company's four walls. Finally, we will - both around the tables and through a series of presentations - get into more detail about how the CISO role is changing and makes demands for communication and dissemination. Including how you prepare both the entire organization and key personnel in the emergency response to act quickly, efficiently and appropriately if and when the attack one day occurs.
You'll get that out of it:
• Inspiration for how you can balance security, economy and scarce resources against business requirements for productivity and flexibility
• Insight into how you can prioritize effective preparedness at a strategic level
• Overview of the current security and organizational challenges
• Insights into how you can prepare your organization for the day the cyber disaster strikes
• Network and exchange experience with the other IT professionals at your own level
