This one day meeting will be focused on sharing and networking what small credit unions need to do to grow and become relevant. The main topics that people want to talk about are loans, deposits, sustaining member growth and how it affects our business lifecycle, and how businesses prioritize those necessary services. We will also address issues that deal with staff and volunteer training and recruitment, third party vendor risks, and social media policies.
