This events has run annual events in Rotterdam from 2016 to 2019, and the first post pandemic event in 2022.

Alongside our usual topics of communications, digitalization and cybersecurity, we expect to cover vessel performance topics at our Rotterdam event this year – with the Netherlands arguably the most climate advanced country in Europe.

• We’ll look at low code technologies in shipping. The Netherlands is the home country of Mendix (now owned by Siemens), one of the world’s most advanced low code software countries, and has a reputation for innovative use of software tools.
• We’ll hear about better ways to get data to the cloud and use it for decision making, and share it with the appropriate people. And how to build a digital culture in your company, with digitally competent people.
• We’ll probably include a start-up showcase, with the Rotterdam area a home for many exciting maritime startups.
• We may also address special advanced technologies and their potential role in shipping, including autonomy, blockchain and mixed reality.
