The role of CIO and digital leader is rapidly developing, and in this role you will increasingly be tasked with acting as a commercially minded development whipper who identifies and implements new solutions – ideally before the business itself puts its finger on the need.
There are increasing demands for business and innovation, but how do you prioritize and implement in practice the projects that have the greatest value for the business and provide optimal and fast ROI? How do you ensure, make probable and document the rapid realization of gains - and what demands does this place on you as a manager and on your organisation?
We also delve into how you create a fast and efficient development organization in practice despite legacy, silos and digital debt. As well as how you build bridges between technology, data, customers, efficient processes and new ideas. Of course, at the same time that both the business and other internal stakeholders have a list of expectations that grows faster than your budget.
In addition, development must go faster and faster, and there are preferably requirements for an ROI of six months or less. This requires new thinking and reorganization of your IT organisation. What requirements do you have to meet in order to reach your goals - and how do you reap the benefits when you have explored and exploited the possibilities of the agile development methodology?
Through debates and expert keynotes and cases, where others provide insight into how they have approached the task, it is therefore precisely these issues that we go into in depth on this day.
You'll get that out of it:
• Overview of the digital manager's new role and how you create a fast and efficient development organization in practice.
• Insight into how you prioritize the practices and projects that have the greatest value for the business?
• Inspiration for how you build bridges between technology, data, customers, efficient processes and new ideas.
• Insight into what demands the future will place on you as a manager and on your organisation
• Network and exchange experience with other digital leaders
