EFCG's Rising Leaders Conference is modeled after the premier CEO Conference and is intended to help CEOs develop their firm's next generation of leaders. We utilize our insights, data and experience in advising CEOs and CFOs in the industry to provide a "Business 401" overview of A/E/C. We focus on teaching and explaining the analytical metrics and processes that we have developed to help enhance a firm's efficiency, profitability, and financial value creation.
The Rising Leader Conference is attended by future leaders of A/E/C firms, who have all been designated by his or her CEO.
