While 90% of organizations in Europe recognize that having a digital-first strategy is now a must-have, only few of them had the digital component as part of their DNA since their day 1. Born out of the digital world are organizations called Digital Natives. Entities built from the start around modern technologies and data across all aspects - from operations to customer engagement – and whose core value and revenue generation are predominantly based on digital channels, value chains, services, and products.

European Digital Natives – in a mix of startups and more established organizations (e.g., European giants such as Zalando, Spotify, and Adyen) – are disrupting the industries they play in, at the same time becoming increasingly appealing to technology providers that have started to target them with dedicated solutions and campaigns, attracted by such a fast growing and unique pocket of opportunities.

However, for technology providers to be successful in the Digital Natives space some questions need to be addressed:
• What makes European Digital Natives unique with respect to more traditional players?
• What are their key technology requirements and needs?
• Where are the European market opportunities and how to catch them?
• What does it take to be a Digital Native trusted digital partner?
