The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) will host a small business resource event to help increase awareness of and access to credit for minority-owned small businesses in St. Louis. The event will focus on promoting collaboration between banks and small business resource providers, highlight small business networks and programs, and provide resources that banks can use to support minority-owned small business development and growth. Presenters will share information on expanding bank referrals of small businesses for technical assistance from business development organizations. Attendees will also learn about collaborative opportunities to support and partner with St. Louis, Missouri organizations committed to holistic approaches to economic inclusion.
