In this series of events, well-known practical speakers will examine current economic and financial topics and lecturers from the ZHAW School of Management and Law (SML) will present the latest research results.

Open banking gives customers the opportunity to make their personal financial data accessible via open interfaces between different banks, financial service providers or FinTech companies and to link their services with one another. The benefits are obvious. The question is therefore not whether open banking or open finance will establish itself, but in what form. Against this background, we want to deal with the following questions at the next Finance Circle:
• What are the opportunities and challenges of Open Banking?
• Which open banking applications are already available and which will be implemented in the near future?
• Where does the Swiss financial center stand in comparison to other countries?
