Boston University School of Law is pleased to announce its sponsorship of Fundamentals of Banking Law (formerly Banking Law Basics), an intensive 2½ day program designed to familiarize participants with the basics of bank regulatory law, including the critical policies, concepts, and regulations that have shaped over 150 years of banking law from the passage of the 1863 National Bank Act to the present. This course offers a review of the fundamental themes of banking regulation and an introduction to what has changed since the financial crisis and the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act and Basel III capital rules.
