Each STEP Global Congress has offered delegates from around the World a topical two-day conference agenda, with breakout specialist sessions and first class networking events. The speakers represent numerous jurisdictions around the globe.

The first Global Congress took place in North America at the Mandarin Oriental Miami on 6-7 November 2014, attracting more than 400 delegates from around the world.

The second Congress moved from North America to Europe. Attendees from 47 countries came together at the Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam on 30 June - 1 July 2016 to explore topical issues, network and exchange ideas. This conference sold out and the feedback was excellent.
