Through its various committees the APLMA promotes standards on critical issues affecting the syndicated loan market, including green and sustainable finance, loan trading and risk-free reference rates.

The APLMA serves its membership by providing access to a suite of recommended form template documents and guidance notes, which are updated regularly to reflect legal and regulatory changes. These include recommendations to promote common standards across APAC in respect of sustainable finance and benchmark reforms. It also provides a professional networking platform to promote knowledge sharing and education across the region.
