Last year, the Allotment sector experienced a significant increase in the sales of lots stocks and even a lack of products in some regions of Brazil, once again taking the sector to the eyes of large developers and investors.
With good prospects for the future, the sector presents opportunities for new product launches, possible growth in land values, transformation in the online sales process and real estate marketing, in addition to greater consumer appreciation for the "Casa Própria" or second residence. This feeling is influenced by the pandemic.
The 8th edition of the GRI Loteamentos Brasilwill bring together several decision makers, land developers, developers, investors, securitization companies, landowners and specialists from all over the country. It will be a unique opportunity to exchange experiences, visit some reference enterprises in the state of SP and find possible business partners.
