The elaboration of the new Constitution of Chile is approaching an important moment of its progress, since all the agreements of the Constituent Convention must be taken until May 16, so that the closed text of the draft Constitution is presented to the President on 04 of July.
The political future of the country is undergoing transformation and the members of the GRI Club are going to analyze the implications that the new text that is going to referendum may have on investment in the country, including aspects such as:
• What are the impacts of the new Constitution on the national economy?
• Will there be changes that could affect the maturity of the institutions?
• What is at stake in environmental and social matters?
• What is the future of the infrastructure concession model in the new Constitution?
