CFA UK's Inclusion & Diversity Committee would like to invite you to be part of the inclusion discussion – join us to hear from the co-founders of GAIN (Girls Are investors) they share their career journeys, perceptions of the industry and the importance of positive role modelling. They will also demonstrate ways you can be an industry inclusion champion and what you can do to make a difference every day.

Developing an inclusive mindset requires effort from everyone, and it is time to move away from awareness towards action. Embedding a culture of inclusion can be done at all levels and asking the right questions to help you succeed is part of the journey.
