The i2 SUMMIT is a Swiss specialist conference on the success factors in the implementation of digital transformation in digital customer communication & internal collaboration. The event will focus on the exchange of experience between project managers.

The one-day conference offers several theme threads with a common keynote session. In 2016, the program concept will be expanded by an English-language course for the establishment of digital workplaces, each comprising a topic strand for digital customer communication management (or Internet management) and internal collaboration management (or intranet management).
