The Annual Trend Study "Bank & Future" of the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart provides important insights for the innovative potential of banks. And it raises exciting questions. You can get answers to this question at the IBM Banking Forum & Future 2017.
Drivers for innovation will in particular be cognitive technologies and artificial intelligence. They are the key to more and more individual products and services, to customer loyalty, to the opening up of new markets and thus to competitive advantages - not just in banks, but in many sectors. The first day of the banking specialist bank & future is therefore integrated into the IBM Watson Summit 2017. Here, the focus is on the man-machine ratio and its impact on business models.
