The ICMA European Repo and Collateral Council (ERCC) 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in the framework of Deutsche Boerse’s Global Funding and Financing (GFF) Summit in Luxembourg.

As always, the agenda of the ERCC AGM will cover current themes facing repo market practitioners. In addition to updates on the latest relevant regulatory developments and recent legal discussions, including implications of Brexit, a particular focus will be on the challenges for banks in relation to intraday liquidity management and the evolving settlement landscape in Europe.

Yves Mersch, Executive Board Member of the European Central Bank, will be our featured keynote speaker who will provide an update on the ECB’s important initiatives in this area. Other key themes to be covered include, benchmark reform in Europe as well as the growing importance of technology.
