The event for our first in-person event in London for over two years on the evening of Thursday, featuring Director of Market Oversight at the Financial Conduct Authority. It will share her perspectives on what the FCA is doing to increase diversity and inclusion in UK financial services and also reference her own career experiences.

The presentation will be followed by a structured networking session.

The currently leads the Market Oversight Directorate at the FCA. The Directorate is responsible for overseeing the conduct of participants in the primary and secondary markets through the listing, prospectus and market abuse regimes. The mission of the Directorate is to promote the conduct that supports trusted, orderly and efficient primary and secondary markets in the UK which work in the interests of all participants and stakeholders.

It is a strong supporter of the FCA’s D&I agenda. She currently sits on the Executive Diversity Committee and is very proud to be the Social Mobility Champion for the FCA.
