This events, we have been preaching that realizing DX (Digital Transformation) is the core of our survival strategy for nearly 10 years. IDC believes that companies have now entered the era of "digital business." Even companies that make physical products or human-mediated services can continue to grow and increase profits in a globally severe business environment such as geopolitical risks and economic instability that occurred after the disruption. This is because IDC predicts that further use of digital technology will be essential in the future.

It has positioned the Future of Workstyle (Future of Workstyle, hereinafter referred to as FoW) as the cornerstone for realizing DX, and has appealed through FoW events on how work styles should be to promote DX. This year, the theme of the event will be "Sustainable growth of digital business", and how the work style should be to achieve this will be discussed not only from the perspective of technology, but also from the perspective of culture such as employee engagement and experience. I will also explain.
